Vehicle for Change is a non-profit organization that has been providing Character, STEM and Outdoor Education opportunities to young people since 1999. Our sole purpose is to provide outstanding experiential education opportunities to young people. We strive to educate the total student by developing each child mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally to produce an effective citizen of our society. We offer a variety of experiential learning programs for students in grades K - 12.

COLLABORATION aids learning.

A genuine learning community is always better for learning than a collection of isolated individuals.

How PromiseThon came to be

PromiseThon is a cooperative fundraising effort between Vehicle For Change and the schools we serve.

As educators and parents, we feel strongly that schools should focus more on building character & strong leadership skills than on selling unhealthy foods or overpriced products that people really do not want. To that end we created PROMISETHON - A character-based fundraiser that includes all the tools schools need to teach meaningful character lessons while raising much needed funds for their students.

We make it easy for students, parents, teachers, administrators and sponsors to raise money while promoting character, leadership and success.

Students make and keep PROMISES.

PromiseThon is a Fundraiser that instills CHARACTER.

Students receive DONATIONS based on the promises they keep.

All funds are collected online with our CROWDFUNDING website.

Every student receives INCENTIVES regardless of monies raised.

We provide you with a free ALL-School Character Education program while your are raising money.
